PROJECT OVERVIEW
A large-scale distribution and warehousing facility built for a regional logistics operator. The project included a tilt-up concrete structure, 32-foot clear heights, 40 dock doors, drive-in bays, and a full office mezzanine.
Ockerman self-performed the concrete, steel erection, and electrical rough-in, enabling tighter schedule control. Handed over on time and fully permitted, ready for immediate occupancy.
