PROJECT OVERVIEW

A multi-tenant retail strip center developed for a commercial real estate investor. The project included full site development, masonry and steel construction, storefront glazing, and tenant-ready interior build-outs for six retail bays.

Ockerman managed design-build delivery, coordinating architectural, civil, and MEP trades to bring the center from permit to certificate of occupancy in under a year.
